  Good News For Home buyer : Housing Sales price likely to stay muted over next 6 months: Survey

NEW DELHI: Housing sales are prone to stay stable or enhance improvement in next six months while priceappreciation is expected to be muted, by a survey from Affordable Homes India team.

According to the survey Bansal said "After a lull that lasted six quarters, the future supposition scoresarestrengthening and witnessing similar trend as during Q1 2016."

Indian land market has figured out how to show positive tractions in the recent six months and theprojections look positive as well.

"Office space retention is going from quality to quality while the residential market that was reelingunder gigantic pressure for the last 3 years has shown signs of recovery " the report said.

Sanjay Bansal stated that there is an extensive change in the sentiments for the Housing Sales sector.

"The number of respondents with a positive outlook for the sector has gone up substantially in Q2 2016,

especially for the sales volume, " it said.

More than 95% of the respondents feel that the sales volume will either be at the same level or enhancein the following six months.

In spite of a desire of a better Housing sales scenario in the future, the stakeholders feel that the residentialprices will remain muted.& More than 60% of the survey respondents feel that the residential price appreciation will remain thesame or worsen by the end of the year,& the report said.
