Affordable Housing in Panchkula

Under The Haryana goverment affordable housing policy 2013, panchkula selected as one of the high potential affordable housing destination among others are (Gurgaon, Faridabad, Pinjore-Kalka) where haryana government fixed the rate of Rs 4000 per sqft carpet area basis and Rs 500 per sqft against all balcony area in a flat adding up-to and limited to 100 sq ft, as permitted in the approved building plans. affordable housing in panchkula Under the Policy The carpet area of these new housing projects will range from 28 to 60 sq mt (300-650 sq ft) and the price is fixed at Rs 4,000 per sq ft for Panchkula. Allotment will be done through draw system managed by government officials of Haryana. According to the policy all buyers in affordable housing shall get 5 year free maintenance post possession from developer’s side. Total Number of affordable housing projects in panchkula Three developers Nano Colonisers Pvt. Ltd, Green Space Infraheights Pvt. Ltd and JG & RG Developers Pvt. Check details of Vardhman Green Space Panchkula How it will benefit to aam aadmi A 2 bedroom apartment of 600 to 800 sq ft costs anywhere between Rs 40 lakhs to Rs 60 lakhs in Panchkula but the new policy will enable people to buy a 1 BHK of approx. 300 sq ft carpet area apartment for as low as Rs 12 lakhs and 2 bhk of approx. 500-600 sq ft carpet area apartment for as low as Rs 20 lakhs including all other charges like EDC/IDC, Club Membership, Maintenance security and a 2 wheeler parking. About Panchkula Panchkula is a planned city of Haryana city. It is located near state capital Chandigarh which makes it a hot real estate destination. Panchkula touches the borders with Chandigarh, Ajitgarh, Solan and Ambala districts. Panchkula had a total population of 561,293 according to the 2011 census. It is a top tourist destination of Haryana which attracts tourist from all over India and abroad.
